My son is a growing boy and is a bit husky. He was outgrowing his jeans so we went shopping locally for a few pairs of new ones. 9 stores later we hadn't found one pair that fit. We determined his waist and length measurements, but the sizing gets murky after size 14. Some places carry jeans to size 18-20, some don't but 'young mens' jeans' lengths start at 29" or more. No two brands ran the same for size.
If they fit his waist - they were too long, if they fit his length they were too tight. He prefers carpenter or painters jeans, and 'skinny' jeans are in style right now, so the selection of carpenters were very lacking.
It was a very frustrating day.
When we came home, I spent less than 10 minutes on the computer and found these jeans, with waist and length measurements listed and ordered them. They arrived in a few days, and fit great. Just what he wanted!

These pants are way too baggy for my taste. They are made well, and might be the right cut for a child with a larger frame, but my child looks lost in them.

Great Jeans! Fit wonderful! Run a little bit big. My son is 5 1/2 y.o. - 42" and 42 lbs. We tried the sizes 4 and 5 in the retail store and sz 4 fits better.

I purchased these jeans from Amazon.com. These were for my grandson and he's difficult to fit and to buy for...he doesn't like just anything when it comes to clothes. These fit very well and look really good on him. A winner, I'd say!

i got these for my son last summer. he loved them. he liked the fit and the feel. the adjustable waist is a good feature. a good pair of jeans.
